Elizabeth is a member of The Kim Arenas Team, ranking consistently year after year in the top 1% of Westchester County. While her primary focus is Operations and Client Care, she is actively involved in the buying and selling process from start to finish.
She and her family are natives of Texas and relocated to Westchester in 2009. As a New York transplant, she is deeply committed and focused on client care. Helping you make a smooth transition and get plugged into your “just right” community is her top priority.
Before her real estate career, Elizabeth worked in various capacities at Baylor University, serving in University Relations, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, President’s and Chancellor's Offices. Now in real estate, she uses her precise attention to detail to work to the advantage of sellers as she goes above and beyond to successfully streamline the process efficiently with the least amount of stress to clients.
Elizabeth believes hospitality is a verb and this translates to her buyers and renters as she helps them settle into their new space and feel at home. She believes wholeheartedly that selling, buying or renting is not simply a transaction; it's a relationship, and she takes pride in offering her clients an unparalleled experience.
Most of Elizabeth’s clients are personal referrals through her involvement in her community. She communicates openly with her clients, guiding them with professional follow through and dedication. It is no surprise she has served some clients with multiple deals.
She and her family love living in lower Westchester and take full advantage of all the Sound Shore offers - quaint villages and charming downtowns, all with the added bonus of such close proximity to NYC. The Pittmans are also very active in their church in Mt. Kisco where they have served for many years. Along with her husband, Scott, and two (now adult) kids, Elizabeth enjoys sailing on the Long Island Sound, hiking, bike riding, beach combing and soaking up the warm sunshine. In the winter months, skiing is a family favorite.
